Storyvox was given the wonderful opportunity to create a cinematic centerpiece for All Children’s Foundation’s annual gala, Chapters. Inspired by the event’s theme of “Sentimental Storytelling”, Storyvox constructed the concept to share real-life stories from various John Hopkins patients. Each story unfolded like its own chapter in a more complex and larger human novel.

As we brought this vision to life, we collaborated closely with the foundation to highlight real patient stories at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. Our team made sure each story was thoughtfully curated into its own visually impactful chapter. Doing so, we were able to capture a range of emotions beginning from resilience and hope and navigating towards triumph and joy. We made it our duty to make the film cinematic and deeply personal to match the gala’s elegance and support their mission.

Filming this project entirely in our virtual production studio, provided us with the flexibility to design and move through multiple immersive, and storybook-inspired environments. From the typewriter to the at-home movies that gave us a warm, intimate, and whimsical setting. We made sure to let each setting reflect the tone and spirit of each patient.

Storyvox was happy to support the gala by spotlighting stories of children and their families of Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital.

FROM OUR CLIENT

Working with Storyvox on our fundraising gala videos was a great experience from start to finish. Their team demonstrated a deep understanding of our mission and worked closely with us to bring a heartfelt, emotionally resonant story to life—on time and within budget. Their creative instincts, flexibility, and collaborative spirit made the entire production process seamless. The final video struck exactly the right chord with our donors, creating a powerful emotional connection that elevated the entire event. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner.
